How long do I have to make a return?
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
How to return?
Note: You will be responsible for the cost of the return.

Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

Drop off your package at the local post office.

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your Bank account
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your payment account, as per your request.
NOTE: The original shipping fee, handling fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
NOTE: If there is an issue with your return, please contact Customer Support within 90 days from the date your order was placed.
